This will be a fun, team building and get acquainted retreat. You will meet and work with others in your newly aligned Dzones (if you are not familiar with the DZone system, that will also be explained), have discussions, get information, play games, win prizes and set the tone for the upcoming “official” Come Together date of July 1.
Bring – personal items, clothes, church leadership list and calendar. Bedding and meals provided. There will be a bonfire Wednesday evening, weather permitting, so please bring appropriate winter wear.
During free time, there will be optional snow tubing, hiking or going out to the onsite petting farm, so bring warm clothes or winter gear if you desire. There are trails for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing if you have your own equipment.
RSVP by Dec 18th with any dietary restrictions and your shirt size to email@example.com. Bring payment to check-in.
